Visiting Hours
Here at Loretto Hospital patient care is our number one priority. As a visitor of Loretto Hospital we would like to welcome you to our facility. While visiting your loved one(s), we would appreciate if you would assist us to protect their privacy, as well as the privacy of our other patients. During your visit videotaping, recording, and taking pictures are prohibited. Therefore, the use of cell phones, cameras, IPODs and video equipment is prohibited in patient care areas. We must all work together to protect the privacy and health information of all patients. If at any time you have questions please feel free to contact the Department Manager and we will assist you with any issues and/or concerns. - Medical Surgery hours are 11:00 AM-8:00 PM daily.
- Critical Care Unit visiting hours are
11:15 AM-1:30 PM & 5:00 PM-7:30 PM - Visitors must be at least 18 years of age
- Visitors are only allowed to stay 15 minutes per each visit
(subject to change)
- Addiction Center visiting hours are 3:30 PM-5:00 PM. Sat & Sun Only
- Family Program visiting hours are 6:30 PM-8:00 PM Fri Only
- Psychiatric Services visiting hours are: 7:00 PM-8:00 PM Mon, Wed, Fri 2:00 PM-3:00 PM Tues, Thurs; 2-3 PM and 6:30-8 PM Sat, Sun, Holidays
Visiting Regulations
The following guidelines take into consideration patient comfort and need for rest and support from family and friends:
- Visitors are required to obtain a visitor’s pass at the information desk
- Visitors will be restricted if the patient’s medical condition warrants it
- We request no more than two (2) visitors per patient allowed in room at one time
- Children must be accompanied by an adult visitor and supervised by the adult visitor at all times
- Children under 6 years of age should be admitted as visitors only when the hospital has a special family visiting program or when requested in writing by the attending physician or Chief Executive Officer of Loretto Hospital
- Children under 12 years of age should not be admitted as visitors to the hospital except in the company of a responsible adult
- Loretto Hospital is a smoke-free environment
- Visitors may be asked to leave the room during tests or treatments, or when the doctor or nurse needs to see the patient.
