Clinical Programs

Loretto Hospital understands the importance of bringing the very best medical solutions to the community to assist individuals with overall wellness and preventive care. We offer a variety of clinical programs for patients and members of the community that addresses all aspects of an individual’s life to attain optimal health and healing of the mind, body and spirit. The clinical programs are available through the Loretto Hospital’s Ambulatory Care Clinic and Community Health Departments.

Our clinical programs include:

Golden Life Senior Wellness Program

The Golden Life Senior Wellness Program developed for seniors ages 60 and older to help them to stay active and to enjoy social and recreational activities. Additionally, as a member of the program, seniors receive free health screenings, prescription delivery service, free transportation to and from clinic appointments at Loretto Hospital, a local vendor discount ID card, and full access to hospital’s senior center, social events and health education sessions.

James D. Montgomery Men’s Health Program

The James D. Montgomery Men’s Health Program provides an array of comprehensive and preventive treatment, health education and support services for men who do not receive routine physicals. The program was established in 2004 and was named in honor of James D. Montgomery, a well-respected Chicago attorney and advocate for the hospital who helped raise money to fund the program. 

Services include:  

  • Healthcare screenings for chronic illnesses such as diabetes, prostate cancer and hypertension
  • Education and awareness
  • Clinical and hospital treatment
  • Networking and support groups
  • Medical referrals

Buy A Mom A Mammogram Program (A Silver Lining Foundation)TM

Breast cancer is the leading cause of deaths among women in the United States. Each year, more than 40-thousand women die from this disease.  In a continued effort to increase awareness of breast cancer through education and affordable mammograms, Loretto Hospital has joined forces with A Silver Lining Foundation and the Buy a Mom a Mammogram ProgramTM. The program funds cost free mammograms and diagnostic testing for individuals in a timely, dignified and respectful fashion.
