Pulmonary and Respiratory Care
Loretto Hospital’s Cardiopulmonary Department provides diagnosis
and treatment for patients may be experiencing problems with their heart
and lungs. Our team of physicians and therapists are fully licensed and
trained in evidence-based pulmonary medicine and technology to provide
exceptional care to individuals suffering from asthma, chronic obstructive
pulmonary disease (COPD), emphysema, sleep apnea, and other respiratory
issues. All of our tests, diagnoses, and treatments are performed on site
by Chicago’s finest cardiologists and pulmonologists.
Our scope of services include:
- Asthma
- COPD, emphysema, and bronchitis
- Diagnostic testing for problems with the heart and lungs
- Respiratory care and therapy
- Patient education including, smoking cessation, respiratory programs, and
other community educational resources
