Loretto Hospital provides comprehensive case management and social services through our highly trained and licensed social workers and case managers. Our team assists our patients, their families and caregivers with the referrals and resources necessary for them to maintain a normal lifestyle.
Additionally, Loretto Hospital houses the Healthy Housing Chicago Medical-Legal Partnership (“MLP”) to assist patients with issues related to poor housing conditions that may be affecting their health.
