Transportation Service

Transportation service is available Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. to take patients to and from scheduled Outpatient Center appointments safely and on time. All of our buses are wheelchair accessible and equipped to accommodate the elderly and those with disabilities.

Transportation Services are only available for individuals with appointments. Pick-up and drop-off services must be scheduled and are on a first-come, first-served basis.
