When should you visit an Ambulatory Care Center doctor?
Whenever you, or any member of your family, need to see a doctor on a non-emergency basis. By calling our center at (773)854-5476 you can schedule an appointment with a physician. For future visits, you can request to see the same doctor

Emergencies
If you have an emergency, such as a possible broken bone, major cut, or suspected heart attack, you should call 911, or go to the nearest Emergency Room. Loretto's Emergency Department is located on the hospital's main level, on the east side of the building.

If you need inpatient hospital care, Loretto's acute care services are here to serve you
All hospital services are provided by Loretto Hosplital. Should you require hospitalization, your Ambulatory Care Center primary care physician, along with a team of highly-trained hospital professionals, will take care of you during your stay. If a specialist is needed, your personal physician will work with him/her to insure continuity of care
