Psychiatric Admission Procedures   Important Phone Numbers           Back to Behavioral Health Services   Back to Home		Inpatient Psychiatric Care—Admission Procedures Dial (773) 854-5320 The admitter will be asked to provide: The name of the client (patient) His/Her date of birth His/Her Social Security number Medical Recipient or other insurance numbers A nurse will then ask for any clinical information available. Within 30 minutes, benefits will be verified and we will contact the admitter. Upon request, an ambulance can be sent to pick up a client.
