Radiology/Diagnostic Imaging

Loretto Hospital’s Department of Radiology provides comprehensive inpatient and outpatient diagnostic imaging services and patient-centered care. We take pride in providing patients with high quality tests and excellent physician/patient rapport. Our staff includes on-site board-certified radiologists and registered technologists who work in concert to ensure that all tests are read accurately and are reported in a timely manner.  Our services range from non-invasive to minimally invasive and are performed using state-of-the-art digital equipment.

Inpatient Services

During your stay as an inpatient, your doctor may request a variety of medical imaging services. We offer a full-range of radiology services for patients who are admitted into the hospital 24-hours a day, 7 days a week. Our inpatient radiology services include:

  • X-ray services (including fluoroscopy/real-time x-rays)
  • Bedside x-rays
  • CT Scans
  • Ultrasound
  • Nuclear medicine

Outpatient Services

Radiology provides a complete scope of outpatient diagnostic imaging services Monday through Friday (with Saturday availability) by appointment only.  A physician order is required for all procedures. Services include:

  • Digital screening mammograms
  • Digital diagnostic mammography
  • Ultrasound
  • X-ray services (including fluoroscopy/real-time x-rays)
  • CT Scan
  • Nuclear medicine
