Greetings Friends of Loretto,

The Loretto Hospital is in the process of developing its annual strategic plan, and your input and involvement are crucial!

The purpose of our strategic plan is to set goals and develop strategies on how The Loretto Hospital will move forward over the next year to address the health needs of the community.

As part of the process, we are asking community members to complete a Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) Community Input Survey by April 22, 2022.

The survey allows us to collect and analyze data concerning healthcare disparities and the overall health needs of the community. The survey also plays a vital role in helping us prioritize those needs and to plan how we will begin to effectively address them.
