Geriatric Patient

You can’t tell me nothing bad about this place. I always tell people to go see for themselves. This is a nice hospital.

A geriatric patient of Doctors Tilak Joshi and Vaseem Qureshi, says Loretto Hospital is doing just fine in the Austin community. “This is a very nice hospital in this community, and it is serving the people well,” she said.

The patient, a life-time resident of the Austin community, was admitted on Tues., June 14, for a possible lung tumor. Also a former organ transplant patient and long-standing patient of the hospital, she says each visit to Loretto has been met with outstanding care, hospitality and treatment.

“I have been coming to Loretto for as long as I can remember. It’s easy to get here. There is no reason for me to go all the way to Loyola or some of these other hospitals. And my doctors [Joshi and Qureshi] make me perk up! When I feel low, Dr. Qureshi comes by and says ‘what’s happening girl!’” she said.

When asked about her overall experience at Loretto, the patient said: “You can’t tell me nothing bad about this place. I always tell people to go see for themselves. This is a nice hospital.”

A special thank you to all the doctors and clinicians who raised the bar in service excellence and provided outstanding care to this patient.
